Speaking at today’s first meeting of the Constitutional Assembly, President Viktor Yanukovych has invited European Commission and Council of Europe experts to take part in its work.
“As President, I have asked European Commission and Council of Europe top officers to delegate their experts to take part in the work of the Constitutional Assembly,” he said, ForUm learned from the President's press office.
