Police officers of Lviv department arrested two pickpockets red-handed, when they were "working" in the fan-zone.
"Police officers had detained two pickpockets before the victims realized that they had been robbed. Officers saw the pickpockets taking the wallet from a woman's purse and the mobile from a guy's pocket," the report says.
The detained are locals, 30 and 34, and have previous convictions for theft. Now they are facing new charges.
