The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the OSCE intends to send 100 long-term and 600 short-term observers to the parliamentary elections in Ukraine, the foreign minister of Ukraine Kostyantyn Hryshchenko wrote in his Twitter.
"We will assist in their election monitoring. We have enough experience, capabilities and political will to do this," he added.
