The British company Cadogan Petroleum PLC plans to produce hydrocarbons in the Black Sea shelf, the CEO of Cadogan Petroleum PLC Bertrand Des Pallieres said in the interview to Energonaglyad program on Channel 5.
"We are interested in the Black Sea shelf near the Crimea and a deep-water part of the shelf. We try to go further, since the shallow-water shelf is already explored," the CEO said.
"We also want to become leaders in a non-traditional sector, investing in the exploration of unconventional gas sources," Bertrand Des Pallieres said, underlining his ambitions to become the leader in producing of unconventional gas.
The Cadogan Petroleum PLC is the British company engaged in oil and gas production in Ukraine. The company has eight licenses and its shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange.
