A list of the first apartments to be purchased by citizens on the cheap mortgage conditions was approved.
Head of the Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Ministry Anatoliy Blyzniuk has said about this at a meeting of regional state administrations, the regional development ministry's press service informs, according to UKRINFORM.
“Yesterday, the first presentation came from six regions of Ukraine and the interagency commission at the Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services Ministry has approved the first 542 apartments, which can be purchased by citizens on the cheap mortgage conditions,” Blyzniuk has said.
According to him, this list has been already sent to banks of the first and second groups in compliance with the NBU criteria, which may participate in the cheap mortgage program. In addition, the Ministry made public this list at its own official website.
In compliance with the list, residents of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, Volyn, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy and Chernivtsi regions may choose apartments. In Simferopol, 10 one-room and 10 two-room apartments are proposed of 56-72.5 square meters from one developer, 38 one-room and two-room apartments of different area are proposed by two developers in Volyn region, 160 apartments from three developers, including 68 three-room apartments of the area to 72.5 square meters, are proposed to residents of Zaporizhzhia. Residents of Kremechuk in Poltava region may choose housing out of 80 one-room and two-room apartments, by 18 one-room and two-room apartments are proposed by two developers in Chernivtsi region. But developers of Sumy region are ready to the greatest extent to participate in the program - residents of the region can choose housing out of 208 one-room and two-room apartments from seven developers.
To remind, on May 3, during a press conference at the Cabinet, Anatoliy Blyzniuk promised that the cheap mortgage program will start working since mid-May this year.
