Police department is looking for the unknown, who stole flags from German consulate in Simferopol on May 9.
"It has been established that somewhere between 5:20 and 6:00 a.m. the unknown sneaked on the territory of the office of German consular in Crimea through metal two-meter high fence, bent the flagstaff and stole the flags of Germany and the EU," the local police department reported.
The local police department has instituted a criminal case on vandalism committed by a group of people. The relevant article of the Criminal Code provides for limitation of freedom for the period of up to five years or imprisonment up to four years.
