There are no grounds to reclassify the crime in Dnipropetrovsk, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Pshonka told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"An investigative group has been formed on events in Dnipropetrovsk. The case is being investigated by the Security Service of Ukraine and has been classified as a terrorist act. There are no grounds to reclassify this crime," the official said.
Pshonka also stressed that the authorities and law enforcement departments do everything possible to solve the crime
