Ukraine is ready to accommodate all guests of Euro-2012, UEFA tournament director in Ukraine Markian Lubkivski told a press conference.
In particular, according to him, the situation with hotels is under control, and price rise is not critical.
"We expect around 800 thousand guests. And I want to assure everybody that there are enough accommodation offers at adequate price," he said.
The official noted that price rise for hotel rooms is a common practice. "There is nothing supernatural in it, and the price range is acceptable," he added.
In his turn, the chairman of the All-Ukrainian association of tour operators Ihor Golubaha has confirmed that the price situation is not critical.
"Owners of hotel business, who caused the biggest problems before, are now warm and fuzzy. As far as I know, the anti-monopoly committee took a hand in it," he said.
