Vice Prime Minister and Minister for social development of Ukraine Serhiy Tihipko has criticized the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on foreign polling stations, banning Ukrainians abroad from voting for candidates from single-mandate constituencies.
"I believe this is a bad decision. We must do everything possible to keep the connection with Ukrainians abroad, and we must give them a chance to come back home. It is important that they feel like citizens of Ukraine, and any limitation of their rights is bad idea," Tihipko expressed his opinion during today's Cabinet's session, ForUm correspondent reports.
