Ukraine and Poland have agreed to sign this summer an agreement on abolishing fees for national Polish visas, FM spokesman Oleksandr Dykusarov told a briefing.

The official informed that on March 30 the heads of consulate services of Ukraine and Poland had negotiations and agreed to cancel fees for application procedures of national visas (long-term visas "D").

Dykusarov noted that the agreement provides for free processing of long-term visas for citizens of both countries, who intend to stay on the territory of another party more than three months but less than a year.

"The parties agreed to start necessary processing procedures to conclude the agreement this summer," the spokesman said.
