According to the prosecutor, the investigation in the case proved Tymoshenko's involvement and guilt in five episodes: two episodes on tax evasion, an episode on theft of budget funds, an episode on attempted theft of budget funds and official forgery. Turin noted that in accordance with the legislation the first hearing must be appointed within 10 days (maximum 30 days for special cases) after the case delivery in court. he also informed that the first hearings will be open to public.
