Law enforcement structures of Ukraine obstruct the development of business in the country, vice PM Valery Khoroshkovski told the 8th annual investment conference of Dragon Capital company, ForUm correspondent reports.
"It is necessary to reduce aggressiveness of law enforcement bodies towards business. Nowadays, law enforcements can suspend or even destroy business at every given opportunity," the official underlined.
The vice PM added that the presidential draft bill of the Criminal Procedure Code partially solve the problem, but still a number of specifying draft bills are needed to protect the business.
According to Khoroshkovski, foreign investor suffers the most from the pressure by law enforcements, because foreigners are not adapted to Ukrainian conditions.
