In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers order, Ukraine on March 25 at 03:00 a.m., Kyiv time, moves to the summer time by advancing clocks one hour ahead, UKRINFORM reports.
Twice a year the clocks are moved one hour in more than 100 countries around the world: the last Sunday in March - one hour ahead, and the last Sunday in October - one hour back. This is necessary in order to bring the administrative time closer to the sun.
