The official noted that the current variant of the adopted draft bill has certain juridical moments, removing which it will be possible to create a consortium. "It is just one-two words, which blur the situation," Makuha said. "I believe in the process of final consideration this obscurity will be removed," he added.
As reported, the parliament passed in its first reading the draft bill on reformation of Ukraine's oil and gas complex, prohibiting privatization of GTS.
