Speaker of Ukraine's parliament Volodymyr Lytyvn has criticized draft bills, being submitted by MPs, ForUm correspondent reports.

Speaking at the conciliatory board meeting Lyvyn informed that 96 draft bills would be considered by the parliament this week. Lytvyn also underlined that for moment the majority of documents are being vetoed by the President.

"Every second draft bill is in fact a governmental draft bill. We undermined what's left from the authority of the parliament. Who will take responsibility for adopting unconstitutional decision?" the speaker asked.

In his turn, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov stated that the ruling party is also concerned about the quality of draft bills. According to him, a special group will be formed to control the quality of submitted draft bills.
