State share of investments into direct and indirect Euro-2012 projects makes 20 about billion hryvnias, deputy head of National agency on Euro-2012 preparation Valery Zhaldak told a press conference in Kyiv.

According to the official, the state invested into construction of Kyiv and Lviv stadiums, partially invested into Kharkiv stadium, financed construction of flight strips in host cities, except for Kyiv, and two terminals in Donetsk and Lviv. "Boryspil terminal was built at airport's own expenses, and Kharkiv airport was renewed at the expenses of private investors," Zhaldak specified.

Speaking about business investments, the official informed that Donetsk stadium cost 310 million euro, and Kharkiv terminal cost about 200 million euro. "As for the Ukrainian hotel business, not all investors wanted to share information about their expenses on construction of this or that hotel. But according to our estimations, new hotels cost about 20 billion hryvnais," Zhaldak informed.

The deputy head of National agency on Euro-2012 preparation also noted that preparation works to Euro-2012 employed about 500 thousand people, and the fund of monthly salary was 130 million hryvnias.
