The results of an additional examination of former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko have been sent to German and Canadian doctors, the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine informed, UKRINFORM reported.
"The State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine states that according to the agreements reached by Ukrainian, German and Canadian doctors, who were members of the international medical commission, an additional examination of Tymoshenko was conducted at her request, and its results have currently been sent to the Charite clinic in Germany and to Canadian physicians," the service said.
The service said Tymoshenko had refused in writing from a laboratory blood test recommended by German doctors and proposed in the conditions of the Kharkiv regional hospital.
Ukrainian doctors who were included in the medical commission will expect the final recommendations of specialists regarding the further treatment and rehabilitation of Tymoshenko, the service added.
