Interior Ministry of Ukraine reports that tickets for Euro-2012 matches will not be sold to fans-offenders, deputy minister Viktor Ratushnyak told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to the official, after ticket reservations the police will check the list of buyers in order to reveal problem fans.

"If a person has already violated public order, during mass events for example, he is in the system and will be considered as a problem fan," Ratushnyak noted.

The deputy minister also explained that violation of public order is 'disorderly conduct' according to the article 172 of the Criminal Code, and persons processed under this article are included into the list of problem fans.

"Our data base of problem fans numbers 1250 people, who previously violated the law and public order during mass events. Our data base of problem fans will merge with the Polish one," the official said.
