The government has started preparations for spring floods, Emergency Situations Minister Viktor Baloha said during the Hour of questions to the government, being held in the parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to the Minister, the Cabinet has already taken measures to prevent negative consequences of spring floods in Ukraine. "We are getting ready for the spring. The government has taken measures. We are working properly, and believe me we do not expect any emergencies," Baloha said.
