BYuT faction head Andriy Kozhemiakin insists on including into the agenda a number of draft bills on decriminalization of Criminal Code articles, according to which Yulia Tymoshenko was processed and convicted.
"Our faction insists on urgent consideration of draft bills #9759, #9767 и #9767-1," Kozhemiakin told a meeting of the conciliatory board, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to the BYuT faction head, adoption of these draft bills allows to fulfill main requirements of the PACE resolution.
Kozhemiakin also declared that BYuT faction insists on listening to the report by Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych on Friday, during the Hour of questions to the government.
"We also urge the parliamentary committee on foreign affairs to prepare a plan of fulfillment of PACE resolution and to consider it in the nearest future, on Wednesday for example," Kozhemiakin summed up.
