The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has rejected a motion of the defense team of former Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko to change a preventive measure in view of the adoption of the PACE resolution, Judge Serhiy Vovk announced this after returning from the consultation room, the People's Self-Defense party said in a statement, according to UKRINFORM.
In particular, the judge-rapporteur on this case explained that Lutsenko was arrested after an appropriate court order, which is in accordance with applicable law.
