Batkivshchyna and "Reforms and Order" parties will run for parliamentary elections with one list of candidates, deputy head of Batkivshchyna Oleksandr Turchynov and head of "Reforms and Order" party Serhiy Sobolev told a press conference Thursday.

The leaders of the opposition parties specified that they signed a joint application for participation in the elections. Turchynov also noted that unification and nomination of single candidates are planned on all levels.

At the same time Sobolev noted that formal merge of two parties will not happen before the elections. According to him, it is connected with the conditions of formation of territorial election commissions - according to the current legislation all political parties running for elections can take part in the formation of territorial election commissions.

Sobolev underlined that the legal process of the merge into single political force will start after the parliamentary elections of 2012.
