The chamber of Kyiv Court of Appeals of Ukraine has denied the complaint by Tymoshenko's defense on illegality of her repeated arrest, lawyer of Tymoshenko's defense team Serhiy Vlasenko told journalists.
Journalists themselves were unable to hear the decision, as during the announcement by judge Olena Yefimova BYuT deputies were scanning "Fascists", according to UNIAN.
The Court of Appeals started to consider the motion against Yulia Tymoshenko's repeated arrest on December 16. Former PM was re-arrest in her prison cell by judge at the Shevchenkivsky District Court in Kyiv Andriy Trubnikov after nearly a 12-hour hearing on December 8.
