Coast infrastructure for stationing of Black Sea Fleet in Novorossiysk will be finished in 2014, head of the "Spetsstroy (Special construction) of Russia" Grigoriy Naginskiy declared.
"Harbor wall is 30-40% built, and by 2014 we must finish the construction of the pier in Novorossiysk port, where a part of the Russian Black Sea Fleet will be stationed," Naginskiy told journalists Friday, according to Interfax-Ukraine.
The official underlined that by 2014 a part of the Russian Black Sea Fleet will have been moved in Novorossiysk.
The head of the "Spetsstroy of Russia" also informed that the program of development of the Black Sea Fleet includes construction of other objects. "The program will be fully complete in 2017," Naginskiy said.
