On November 30 - December 1, President Viktor Yanukovych will pay an official visit to Israel, head of the President's Administration Serhiy Lyovochkin informed, presidential press office reports.

During the visit, the President will meet Israeli President Shimon Peres and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The meetings’ agenda includes discussion of bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Israel, particularly expanding trade and economic cooperation, achieving concrete agreements to implement joint mutually beneficial projects, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian ties, etc.

According to Serhiy Lyovochkin, several bilateral documents are to be signed in the framework of the visit including a joint statement of the Presidents of Ukraine and Israel, memorandum on cooperation in the area of road infrastructure, plan of cooperation in healthcare for 2012-2015.
In addition, a joint business forum would be held with the participation of Ukrainian and Israeli businessmen.

"The main objective of the visit is to transform the achieved high dynamics of political dialogue at the highest level into active development of mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas of interest for Ukraine and Israel," Serhiy Lyovochkin said.
