Governments of Ukraine and Montenegro have signed the agreement of free trade, ForUm learned from the press office of the Economy Ministry.
According to Economy Minister Andriy Kluyev, among prospective trends of bilateral cooperation, interesting for Ukraine, are housing and industrial construction, modernization of railway roads and ship building industry in Montenegro, supplies of city and long-distance buses, food supplies and its production in Montenegro. The Ukrainian side is also interested in enlargement of military and technical cooperation.
Experts expect increase of import of Ukrainian goods and services on Montenegro's market, as well as enlargement of outlet area for production of Ukrainian manufactures in the region. The Ukrainian side also expects increase of transit of goods' and services' flows through its territory in the context of integration of Ukrainian economy in the EU.
