The leader of the party of Regions parliamentary faction Oleksandr Yefremov declares that the new law on parliamentary elections excludes any possibility of frauds, ForUm correspondent reports.

He underlined that the given law got approval of both majority and opposition. "They confirmed that with the adoption of this law any speculations on unfair elections are groundless," Yefremov said.

Yafremov also pointed out that the law was supported by 360 MPs, which is very rare situation in the parliament lately.

Commenting on the 5% passing barrier, the PR faction leader recommended the small parties to merge in order to get the seats in the parliament.

"If some politicians have problems with 5% passing barrier, they still have time to moderate their ambitions and to form political forces, which would be competitive in the politicum of our state," he said.
