Yuriy Sukhov, Yulia Tymoshenko’s defense attorney, informed that the Kyiv Court of Appeals may hold its preliminary hearing on the ex-premier’s appeal of her October 11 conviction in the “gas case” on December 13.
"The preliminary session may take place on December 13, but we still have not received any official notification," Yuriy Sukhov said.
On October 25 Yulia Tymoshenko and her defenders submitted their appeal to the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv, which, in turn, must send it to the Kyiv Court of Appeals no later than November 14.
