The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv must submit Yulia Tymoshenko’s appeal of her illegal conviction in the so-called “gas case” no later than November 14, the ex-premier’s defender Serhiy Vlasenko said.
"According to the procedure, the appeal is filed through the Pechersk District Court. Based on the defense’s calculations, the last day the case can be sent to the Kyiv Court of Appeals is November 14," Serhiy Vlasenko said at a press conference today in Kyiv.
Yulia Tymoshenko and her defenders submitted their appeal of the October 11 conviction to the Pechersk District Court on October 25.
