Former president of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko agrees to submit to repeated blood test in the national laboratory only if the Prosecutor's General office presents substantial reasons for that.

In an interview with BBC, Yushchenko noted he underwent 26 complicated operations. He believes his bad health condition is the result of dioxin poisoning. According to Yushchneko, these were the blood test results made in four international labs seven years ago.

The former Ukrainian president told BBC he would agree to submit to another blood test only if the Prosecutor's General office presents substantial reasons for this.

"The national lab can be under certain influence, and the results can be biased," he says.
