A special “talking” traffic light was installed downtown Kyiv, on the T-shaped intersection of Prorizna and Khreshchatyk streets, Kyiv Weekly informed.

In general, the city authorities have designated 28 priority traffic lights on which sound devices will be installed to help the blind and citizens with impaired vision to cross the street safely.
