President Viktor Yanukovych has signed a Decree "On the Approval of the Plan on Countering Terrorism in 2011-2013."
As Presidential Adviser, Presidential Administration Main Office for Judicial System Affairs Head Andriy Portnov informed, the adoption of this document will improve operational efficiency of the national anti-terrorism system, improve security at the sites in potential danger of terrorist attacks, strengthen coordination, and increase the level of readiness of anti-terrorism units.
The President also approved the membership of the Interagency Coordinating Committee at the Anti-Terrorist Centre of the Security Service of Ukraine.
