The Government is developing a mechanism for increasing salaries to doctors and medical personnel, the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said during a visit to Sevastopol city hospital.
"Doctors' salaries will be increased. Doctors, for example, complain that they are behind the teachers, who have been provided a number of allowances. Now we will think about how to eliminate this imbalance," the Head of Government said.
Mykola Azarov reminded that the Government had changed the date of wage increases in the budgetary sector from October 1 of the current year to September 1. "We will try by the end of the year to take decisions allowing to raise the level of wages," stressed the Prime Minister.
