Tihipko acquainted with the Bulgarian experience of reforming labor and industrial relations. He is scheduled to meet with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Bulgaria, Simeon Dyankov, Minister of Labor and Social Policy Totyu Mladenov, the leaders of social institutions.
"With drastic reforms, Bulgaria has achieved significant results, garnering more than a 20-percent increase in revenues to the pension and social funds. Ukraine has no fewer reserves to strengthen the social protection of citizens, in particular, improve the welfare of pensioners," the Deputy Prime Minister said, UKRINFORM reported.
He is convinced that, increasing responsibility for paying wages in envelopes and illegal employment, the government must at the same time take steps towards business, simplify procedures for hiring and dismissal from work, and carry out large-scale deregulation.
