Ukraine may receive 450 million euros as a loan of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the arrangement of road entrances to Kyiv and completion of reconstruction of the Kyiv-Chop M-06 road.

The EBRD board is planning to consider the issue on September 28 this year, NRCU reported. The total cost of the effort is estimated at 1.15 billion euros, and in addition to the EBRD, the same loan of 450 million euros will be provided by the European Investment Bank.

According to the project, the borrower is the state, and the recipient of the funds is public roads service Ukravtodor. The EBRD office in Kyiv specified that in case of successful promotion of the project, the first tranche may come to Ukraine as early as this year.
