Ukraine will borrow experiences from South Africa, which hosted the FIFA World Cup this summer, as the country prepares to host the Euro 2012 European Football Championship, Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister in charge of preparations for Euro 2012 Borys Kolesnikov has said.

"I see no difficulty about it: South Africa is a capitalist country with a market economy, which is why they never had problems similar to ours. They always understood what quality and competition are. This is where their advantage is," Kolesnikov said, Interfax-Ukraine reports.

He also added that the World Cup was organized at the highest level, and a Ukrainian delegation had noted South Africa 's experiences and would apply it successfully in Ukraine.
