Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko assured European community of continuous transportation of Russian gas via Ukraine. She said during an intercom deliberations with the regional governors and mayors on the start of a heating season.
The Premier said that all repair works, preparatory and technical procedures are conducted to prepare the gas transit system for the transit of Russian gas to the European Union.
She reminded that Ukraine's gas storages are filled, 'so there is no doubt regarding a stable autumn-winter season both for Ukraine and the EU states that depend on Russian gas supplies.
She also promised that natural gas tariffs for enterprizes of heat and energy generating companies for next heating season are not to be revised.
