The preparations of the Olympiysky National Sport Complex to hosting the Euro 2012 European football championship finals are being held according to the schedule and the faults pointed out by UEFA will be timely eliminated, Ukrainian Family, Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Yuriy Pavlenko  said on Monday, ForUm informs, referring to Interfax-Ukraine.

"All the works are being held according to the schedule… the financing is being provided in compliance with schedule, either," Pavlenko told reporters at a press conference in Kyiv on Monday.

He also said that the ministry's meeting would address on Monday state of the implementation of UEFA's last twelve demands to the Olympiysky Complex.

Besides, Ukraine is complying with the schedule for the preparations of other infrastructure facilities for holding the Euro 2012 finals, the minister said.

"No matter whether the president's veto [of the program on the Euro 2012 financing] will be overridden [at a special meeting of the Verkhovna Rada scheduled for August 21], Ukraine will prepare the infrastructure facilities in time to the Euro 2012, we will find the financing and the necessary funds," Pavlenko assured.
