President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko states that he will sign a law on changes into the state budget 2009 if it has reasonable financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“I do not intend to sign changes to the state budget if it does not have all demands of the Ukrainian army and Sea fleet,” Yushchenko said that in Sevastopol on Sunday on Day of Ukrainian sea fleet celebration.
“I have signed the state budget 2009 only because PM promised to reconsider the state budget and provide proper financing and modernization of the Armed Forces,” the President said.
President expressed assurance that the PM would keep to her word.
