The head of the Party of Regions Viktor Yanukovych called to form judicial system and local authorities already today, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
According to Yanukovych, decision to run for Presidential election is a very responsible action.
“First of all we should be concerned about Ukraine and the people, in order they are not split as it was during election 2004 there should be no winners and no losers. Ukraine should win. It should be a victory of development over the crisis. The victory of unity over split,” he said.
According to Yanukovych it is very important already now not to lose time but to hold necessary reforms for our country.
“We should give more freedom to regions by legislative way, to reform judicial system, to adopt changes into the Constitution. I call the partners to cooperation Forget offences and put off emotions. We should keep unity in solution of necessary and urgent issues,” he said
