BYuT faction can negotiate with Party of Regions on wide coalition only by commission of the coalition council.
The leader of Lytvyn bloc factions Ihor Sharov said, commenting on information on possible coalition between BYuT and Party of Regions, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“From the legal point of view, the matters can concerns only negotiations between the coalition and Party of Regions. Everything else – is not negotiations,” he said. At that he noted that the coalition council did not charge the BYuT to negotiate on extension of the coalition, moreover this issue has not been discussed yet.
“BYuT faction can negotiate itself with the PR in case BYUT leaves the coalition,” Sharov said, calling his colleagues not to make information provocations
