According to the official representative of the Foreign Ministry of Russia Andrey Nesterenko, recent actions of Kyiv are aimed at refusal from bilateral cooperation between Russia and Ukraine.
He noted that the Russian-Ukrainian relations now have difficult period of their development. We are concerned about our relations, he said.
At the same time Andrey Nesterenko hopes that relations between Russia and Ukraine will be friendly and the policy – respectable.
