Making his annual speech in the parliament, President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has offered his ‘united national plan on crisis solution”. The ForUm’s correspondent informs.

According to the President, this plan consists of two parts – economic program and political measures. “We are special, but not unique in this crisis,” Yushchenko said.

According to him, Ukraine a real program on renewal of stable financial system should be realized in Ukraine.

The President is sure that the budget for current year should be reconsidered totally.

The President also considers that now is the very time to hold pension reform.

Moreover, the President called MPs to keep down their passion and to impose a moratorium on political quarrels.

“I ask to keep down your political passion and impose a moratorium on conflicts. Presidential campaign will start only four months before the elections, so I offer to put aside all actions concerning elections till September," Yushchenko said.
