The President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko guarantees that all Russian natural gas delivered to Europe through the Ukrainian territory will be delivered directly to its owner. He confirmed it in an interview to the AFP agency, according to the President's press-service. "We can not violate conditions of transit, it is unprofitable for us," he stated.
He added that Ukraine will pay in full to Russia for all imported gas. "Ukraine won't consume gas free. We are an honest client," the President stated.
