The
BYuT faction is ready to support the candidacy of Volodymyr Lytvyn or
any other candidacy from Our Ukraine – People’s Self Defense for the
post of the Verkhovna Rada Speaker under condition that the coalition
is restored.
BYuT faction leader Ivan Kyrylenko claimed this to journalists on Tuesday.
“The BYuT faction is ready to vote for any candidacy supported by OU-PSD, but under condition of restoring the coalition”, he stressed.
I.Kyrylenko added that BYuT was ready to supported even the candidacy of Vyacheslav Kyrylenko for the post of the Verkhovna Rada Speaker, but the latter removed his candidacy at the OU-PSD faction’s session.
The BYuT faction leader also noted that BYuT will vote for the candidacy of Volodymyr Lytvyn for the post of the Verkhovna Rada Speaker in case if BYuT, OU-PSD, and the Lytvyn’s Bloc create a coalition.
