Head of State is taking
part in today’s Energy summit held in Baku. As a result, Declaration of Baku
energy summit is expected to be signed.
The main subject of the summit
is Eurasian oil transport corridor. The summit is supposed to consider
principle conclusions and proposition, as well as further steps of project
realization.
Participants of the summit
will also discuss approaches, principles and mechanism of secure and transparent
transit of energy sources through Caspian – Black Sea – Baltic area taking into account consolidation
of intellectual, technical and financial resources of Caspian – Black Sea – Baltic countries in accordance
with the requirements of the Energy Charter and other international documents.
Within the framework of the
summit president of Ukraine will hold meetings with presidents
and premiers of countries – participants of the summit.
