District Court of Kyiv dismissed hearings on the Decree on Dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada because the MPs from BYuT recalled the case from the Court. The Decree will be regarded now in the Appeal Administrative Court.
The Administrative Appeal Court began hearing of the case concerning the Decree of the president of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko on Dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada and announced the break till 14-00.
The break was announced for the Court to read the original decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv. According to the representative of the President in the Court Ruslan Kyrylyuk, he means this measure as needless. According to the Decree of the President, this Court had been dissolved and could not make any decision.
