According to UNIAN, on Thursday lawmakers adopted in first reading draft law “On Introducing Amendments into Laws of Ukraine on Additional Measures for Guaranteeing Observance of Ukrainian Constitution”.
MPs of BYuT and Party of Regions factions insisted to immediately vote on the draft law in the second reading and as a whole.
Arseniy Yatseniuk recalled that the Verkhovna Rada has never adopted a draft law on the same day when it was adopted in the first reading.
When Arseniy Yatseniuk objected to considering the draft law in the second reading on the same day, lawmakers began to make a lot of noise. The Speaker said: “You can behave like normal people. Why are you noising around like in a zoo?”
