MP from the CPU Leonid Hrach believes that the parliament of the Crimea acted legally. According to him, the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea (ARC) may have its own view on the global political situation.
As the Press Service of L. Hrach informs, "ARC has constitutional right to participate in foreign political course of the state. The Crimea is the unique region of Ukraine having this right," the communist is sure.
He told about recognition of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia by Russia: "I take it absolutely logic. The USA and Saakashvili perpetrated a massacre in these republics, and any other way out of this problem is impossible," the MP told.
"Unfortunately. The VRU could not deliver its political and legal assessment of the fact of recognition of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia by Russia," Hrach summed up.
As a reminder, on September 17 the VR of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea called the VRU on recognition of independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
