The Odesa regional administrative court suspended the decision of the inter-party congress of the bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko about the preterm cessation of duties of people’s deputy Ihor Rybakov (BYuT) until the action is considered by court.
According to the press service of the Central electoral commission the corresponding ruling of the court was received by the commission.
The ruling was made basing on the claim of Rybakov who applied to the Odesa regional administrative court to reconsider the decision of the inter-party congress of BYuT about the preterm cessation of his duties basing on his statement about withdrawal from the coalition.
This ruling prohibits CEC from making any actions connected with registration of new people’s deputy from the BYuT list instead of Rybakov, as Interfax-Ukraine reports
As ForUm reported earlier, on June 30 the inter-party congress of BYuT made a decision about the preterm cessation of duties of people’s deputy Ihor Rybakov, who had made a written statement about his withdrawal from the coalition. The analogous statement was made by people’s deputy from NU-NS Yuriy But.
Rybakov states about the illegitimacy of such decision and fulfils his duties.
The next member in the BYuT party list is Oleh Tyshchenko (№176), born in 1942, member of the All-Ukrainian party “Batkivshchyna”, the department head of the executive secretariat of the “Batkivshchyna” council.
The coalition in the Ukrainian parliament numbered 227 people’s deputies while the qualified majority is 226 votes. The Constitutional Rada numbers 450 people’s deputies.
